Shipping Policy:
At Maple Valley Soap Co., every order is carefully packed and shipped with attention to quality and freshness.
 
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.
We currently ship within the United States.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Maple Valley Soap Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of skincare and bath products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Eligible Returns

We may accept returns for:

• Unopened and unused items

• Damaged products

• Incorrect items received

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

 

Refund Process:

Once your return is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll gladly work with you to replace the item when applicable.

Because our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, design, and appearance may occur. These natural differences make each item unique.
