Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During seasonal launches or promotional events—like our fall body butter drop—processing may take up to 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume during seasonal launches.

Local Pickup If you're near Dothan, Alabama, we offer free local pickup. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at maplevalleysoapco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right.
